KODAMA SYSTEMS INC (“Kodama,” “we,” “us”) offers text messaging so customers can communicate directly with their assigned remote operator, field technician, or operations manager. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
You opt in verbally, either in person when a Kodama team member visits your job site or over the phone with a Kodama team member. The team member explains the messages you can expect, reads the disclosures below, and records your consent with your name, mobile number, and the date. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any Kodama service.
Service messages about production updates, equipment issues, scheduling, and technical support for work Kodama performs for you. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Message frequency varies based on your active operations.
Kodama does not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and nothing further. You can rejoin at any time by replying START.
