Solutions to improve safety and productivity in forest management operations.

Listen to our story.

Western forests are at risk.

Forests across the western U.S. are at risk of catastrophic wildfire and disease due to historical forest management practices and climate change. In order to restore these forests for future generations, scientists and industry professionals are calling for increased forest-thinning treatments and scalable waste biomass solutions.

Solutions to advance forest management:

  • We’re establishing high-speed internet at remote project areas. This allows crews to transmit machine data, order parts online, and text/call off-site resources like truckers or emergency services. Unlike other devices, we program the internet service to meet your needs – no extra buttons or complicated screen displays.

  • Manual workforce alone cannot meet the growing labor demands of forest restoration needs. Our teleoperation platform allows operators to control multiple machines from a more comfortable, safe environment while also offering autonomous capabilities to perform basic, tedious tasks. This can extend project shifts and free up skilled operators to focus on complex assignments.

  • Too often are large quantities of small-diameter, imperfect biomass left on project sites for pile-burning. Instead, there is financial incentive in moving this material to storage facilities and preventing excess carbon emission into the atmosphere. We’re piloting a nature-based storage solution that can scale with the needs of the forest management industry.
